The electrical parameter tester can measure the electrical parameters of lines and electrical equipment online (without power outage), with a wide range of measurement range. Collect the dynamometer curve of the pumping unit, and based on the displacement and load sensor output signals carried by the instrument, the curve of the power of the pumping unit rod changing with stroke height can be collected. Calculate the stroke cycle and number of strokes of the pumping unit. Calculate the maximum value of the upper stroke current and the maximum value of the lower stroke current for a pumping unit stroke cycle, and use the current method to calculate the balance rate of the pumping unit. Calculate the sum of active power in the upper and lower strokes within a stroke cycle, and then calculate the balance rate of the pumping unit based on the ratio of the sum of active power in the upper and lower strokes. According to the balance of the pumping unit's counterweight, the negative work done during the up and down strokes should be minimal or negligible. Therefore, increasing the accumulation of negative work during the stroke can determine whether the counterweight is reasonable by the percentage of negative work done during the stroke.
Measurement data printing
Print the basic electrical parameters during the measurement period, including data storage serial number, well number, measurement start and end time, total measurement time, average voltage and current of each phase, positive and negative active power average, positive and negative reactive power average, total active power average, total reactive power average, total apparent power average, average power factor, frequency average, as well as cumulative positive and negative active power, reactive energy, total active energy, and total reactive energy. Print the voltage curves of each phase during one stroke of the pumping unit. Print the current curves of each phase during one stroke of the pumping unit. Print the total active power curve of the pumping unit during one stroke.
Print voltage and current harmonic curves. Print the power diagram curve of the pumping unit and the curve of the power of the pumping unit rod changing with displacement.
Data query function
The instrument can query basic electrical parameter data, including the average values of three-phase phase voltage, line voltage, and current during the measurement time, the average active power, average reactive power, average apparent power, average power factor, average frequency during the measurement time, cumulative positive and negative active energy, cumulative positive and negative reactive energy, cumulative total active energy, cumulative total reactive energy, voltage imbalance, average values of active, reactive, and apparent power for each phase, average values of positive and negative active and reactive power, maximum values of line voltage and current for each phase, waveform factors for each phase, etc. The parameters of the pumping unit include the voltage, current, active power curve, dynamometer curve within one stroke cycle, as well as the balance rate of the pumping unit calculated based on the current method and power method.
Harmonic parameter query, including querying the distortion rate and total harmonic distortion rate of 0-31st harmonic of each phase voltage and current, the harmonic curves of the three cycles of voltage and current, and the harmonic content bar chart. Data communication, the instrument is equipped with an RS232 interface, which can upload measurement data to a computer for users to manage and analyze accordingly. It can store up to 100 wells of data with a large amount of storage capacity. The instrument is equipped with a lithium battery pack, which has a larger capacity and longer measurement time. When fully charged, the instrument can work continuously for no less than 15 hours (without a printer), with a charging time of about 8 hours. At the same time, the instrument has a battery level detection function.
